To truly enjoy their wedding day. To invest in their friends, family & guests without worrying about the details themselves. To have a peace of mind that everything will run smoothly. Wedding planners are professionals who have experience and industry relationships that will allow a clients wedding vision come to life.
We offer 2 packages depending on what type of service the client is looking for and how much assistance. We have our wedding management package, which is comparable to partial planning services. We also have our wedding planning and design package, which is our full service package. We can also customize packages to meet specific needs.
We will absolutely work with your choice of vendors, it's impossible that even after all of our years of experience we have met everyone! However we have a great team of preferred vendors that we work with should you need any referrals.
There is no such thing as ‘day of’. A coordinator cannot just show up to your wedding day blind with no information and minimal meetings prior. Too many things can go wrong. A coordinator still needs to meet with the couple consistently prior to the actual day to gather information and details so that they can be the point person for the couple ensuring that everything goes smoothly as well as be able to properly execute their vision and run a successful event. We call our wedding management package just that, because we still meet with our clients every two months from the moment they sign on with us to ensure they stay on track. We are able to really get to know our couples, gather all of their information & details for the big day, confirm times with all vendors, and help to create a timeline. In addition, we are in constant communication via email and telephone.
By emailing, calling or filling out the contact form. We will schedule a free, no obligation consultation with you to make sure we are a good fit and that we can meet your needs. Most consultations take about 1 hour, at which time we will create a customized proposal for your review. Dates are not booked without a signed proposal, contract and deposit.
We service all of New England and New York State, with a focus on the Berkshires and Hudson Valley, but are willing to travel for the right event!
A venue coordinator oversees the on site staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time, etc. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the event &/or they have other events they are overseeing on property during the same time. A wedding planner works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality.
